MAIL STEAMSHIP ROUTES is Leslie MacDonald Gill’s spirited 1937 celebration of the ocean-going arteries that carried Britain’s correspondence to the world. Commissioned by the General Post Office at the height of the great liner era, it distills the logistics of interwar communication into a vibrant panorama of movement, commerce, and connection. Gill transforms postal infrastructure into narrative—routes stream from the British Isles across the Atlantic, Indian, and Pacific Oceans, binding continents in a confident geometry of lines and legends. Mi marco estándar es un marco de madera de fresno negro estilo galería. Es simple y tiene un aspecto bastante moderno. Mi marco estándar tiene alrededor de 20 mm (0.8 in) de ancho.
