Bowen’s geography is anchored by borders and provinces that read at a glance, yet reward prolonged study. Hungary unfolds as a riverine lowland, visually balanced by Transylvania’s mountain-ringed plateau—the sweep of the Carpathians implied in the arc of labeled regions and the clustering of highland towns.
