Refund policy

For standard orders, we accept returns, refunds, and exchanges for up to 90 days after you receive your order.

Please contact us before returning your order, so we can provide the correct return address. We may not be able to process returns that are sent to the wrong address.

Custom orders are generally not returnable, as they are made specifically for you and cannot usually be resold. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to offer a non-expiring gift card, a partial refund, or an alternative product instead. Learn more about custom orders.
